(1) Calcium Chloride. Helps milk coagulate (form a curd).
(2) Polypro Food Grade Camembert moulds. Inside Diameter: 4 inches (100 mm) Height: 3.5 inches (89 mm).
Includes: four packets of culture/mold/rennet.
Blue cheese: one packet will make two Blue cheeses using two gallons of milk.
Camembert cheese: one packet will make two Camembert cheeses using one gallon of milk.
