Herbs, Spices, Salt, Ash, & Liquid Smoke

These herbs and spices are imported from Holland and are specially prepared for use in cheesemaking. You can mix them into cheese curds to enhance flavour of both soft and hard cheese. Or you can sprinkle them on top of your aging cheese. We suggest using a small amount so you don't overwhelm the natural flavor of the cheese.
