While attending the 2012 California Artisan Cheese Festival I met famed local ceramic artist Emma Luna at her studio. Emma is designing some wonderful and very unique ceramic pottery exclusively for us home cheese makers who want to display our creations. While teaching a Camembert workshop in Davis, California, fellow cheesemaker Sacha Laurin asked Emma to design some special serving trays just for cheese. I really liked Emma's work and asked her to make some of her pear shaped plates for my customers.  The little leaf can be placed where you'd like on the plate to show off your cheeses.  These ceramic pieces are offered on a limited basis and each one is unique. Dishwasher and microwave safe. Though I recommend using hand wash.
