A 'must have'- this Cheese Making Draining Tray makes managing draining your curds inside of a mould so easy- just allow the tray to
drain directly into a sink or into a collection vessel! Use by itself, and it also fits our HARDWOOD DUTCH CHEESE PRESS!
Accomodates Cheese Moulds up to 8 1/2" in diameter, or you can drain two smaller moulds at the same time.

INCLUDES Grooved Food Grade Insert: Place into tray for draining and/or pressing moulds/hoops that are bottomless.
The insert allows curds to drain but not slip out the bottom of the mould.

This tray fits onto the base of our Dutch Style Cheese Presses.
Or it can be used with many other presses and with many cheese moulds or hoops.

Tray washing instructions: hand wash in warm water. Do not wash in dishwasher.
Insert Washing instructions: recommended hand wash, though ok to wash in dishwasher.
