Usage rate: Hard Blue cheese/5-10 DCU per 1000 liters milk. Soft blue cheese/1-3 doses per 264 gallons(1000 liters) of milk.
Note: This product is a bit past its commercial best by date, though it is still quite viable for home cheese making.
