'This bright, fresh green tea is grown in a pristine high-mountain climate in Hubei. Here we work with tea artisans at the Xuan En Yisheng Tea Co-op to cultivate organic teas. Spring harvests are crafted by pan-firing, oven-baking, and hot-air roasting into a lively, savory tea inspired by the classical Chinese green tea known as Wulu, or "Jade Cloud." Kombucha usage rate: 5 tsp.(24.6ml) for one gallon(3.78l) of water. Bring water and 1 cup(236.5ml) white sugar to boil, turn off heat, stir in tea, steep and allow to cool to room temperature prior to adding Kombucha SCOBY(mother/culture). Use glass jar, cover with fine cloth using rubber band to secure cloth.
Leaf to water ratio to make drinking tea: 1 tbsp.(14.7ml) per 8 oz.(236.5ml) Steep Time: 3 minutes (1st infusion), 4 minutes (2nd infusion).
