No smell and fast drying. I clean the whole kitchen before making cheese and then wipe down the main surfaces right before making cheese. I also keep an open bottle of this mixture during cheese making so I can quickly sanitize hands/tools after washing in tap water. Makes me more confident that I have a clean environment to prepare my cheeses, especially the ones that will be aged!

I have used several bottles of this sanitizer as well as several others. This is the most convenient and it does a great job. It is nice that it works in cool water, however I usually use it in hot water.
