  1. tomme mold

This is my first time making cheese. The mold worked great for me, but I really have nothing to compare it to. I am a mold maker and it well built and looks like it will last a long time. I used 30lbs on my first wheel(small)and it worked just like it was suppose to. I am satisfied.

  2. x-large Tomme mould

Easy to use for beginner cheese makers. The top slides down freely. I used together with the custom whey drain tray. *One piece of advice, do not try to sterilize by boiling, it will warp. That was MY mistake! I recommend the Star San No Rinse Sanitizer.* I have since fixed my mistake by filing around the outside of the lid so that it can freely slide. This mould (and I'm sure the smaller sizes too) will help give your pressed cheeses and nice even shape.

  3. Food grade and durable

I needed to have a more reasonable size wheel for personal use. I have 3 of them and press everything at once. Buy these if you are making cheeses for a small family or might gift a small wheel.
