Alright , first of all yes I am a novice cheese maker, so I don't have a lot of experience with other presses, having said that I found this two and six gallon press stainless with all the extras to be perfect for start up if you are truly interested in getting it right the first time,,
I was a bit sketchy on firguring out the pressure but tried following the directions given and it turned out a very nice cheddar on the first go.. I have only made mozzerella prior to the attempt. You wont be sorry getting the complete setup!!
