This mould is normally used to form the blue cheese Fourme d'Ambert. Though it can be used to form other cheeses as well. Made of heavy-duty food grade Polypro, this mould will give you many years of use. Use this mould to make one large cheese or multiple cheeses by cutting the large cheese into smaller units.
