For making ‘ Vegan Cheese’ from non-dairy substrates such as Cashews, Coconut Milk or other Plant Based Milks

Your Kit Includes:
The kit contains the following which can be used to make a Variety of Non-Dairy Cheeses:
Vegan Cultures; these cultures are Dairy Free; often used for Camembert/Brie type cheeses
- (1) Lallemand Velv Top Vegan Penicillium Candidum culture
- (1) Lallemand GCA ‘Flav-Antage’ Vegan Geotrichum Candidum culture
- OPTIONAL- For Vegan Blue Cheeses you will want 1 Bottle of PRB6 Liquid Vegan Penicillium Roqueforti at $19.97
- (you will use only 1-2 drops per batch of Vegan Blue Cheese; bottle has approx 80 drops / 5 ml)
Other Ingredients:
- (1) 2 oz Package of Agar Agar (approx. 8 tablespoons / 24 teaspoons)
- (1) 4 oz Package of Tapioca Starch (great for vegan cheeses that melt)
- (1) 1.5 oz Package of Nutritional Yeast – adds texture and cheese like color
- (1) 4 oz Package of Kosher Cheese Salt
- (1) Package of Seasoning Blend
SUPPLIES
- (1) 2 Sq Yards Cheese Cloth (line your mould- reuseable)
- (2) Round Wooden Gift Boxes- nice for your Vegan Cheese presentation
- (1) Ricotta Cheese Mould; to shape your cheese
