About This Product

9 x 9 inches (229x229mm); use to wrap and age bloomy rind cheeses.  20 wrapping sheets per pack.

Same professional wrapping sheets commercial soft cheese makers use. Double layer microperforated wrapping paper.  

One side of this paper is designed to absorb any excess moisture.  The other side is polypropylene and has very tiny holes in it for porosity.  

This lets your bloomy rind cheeses breathe.  Use with the shiny side to the outside, dull side to the inside.

    I cut my 4" camembert rounds in half after draining and then wrap them in 8x8 paper. Then I have twice as many cheeses to give as gifts and open when I have friends over.
