    Good size

This straining bag fits over and into a 6 gallon bucket, I can pour the whey in and then pick up the bag to straight whey. Sturdy enough to take the weight it is invaluable when making ricotta.

    Fantastic

Posted by Ernest on 20th Aug 2015

On the first use these saved a lot of time over flat sheets of cheesecloth that for once I didn't feel rushed during the process. Sturdy construction and cleans up easily. My cheese drained more evenly and completely in 30 minutes with this bag than two hours in a colander lined with butter muslin. This bag will fit over a standard 5 gallon pail, and the drawstring will pull tight holding the contents up off the bottom of the pail.

This bag is big, which is good. So far I've only used it to strain yogurt but it's wonderful. Can't wait to try it on cheese.
