They work great for straining Kefir, keeping even the smallest Kefir grains from going through without clogging.
Do NOT run through dishwasher with Wooden Handle; hand wash.
You can also spray with NO RINSE SANITIZERS and allow to air dry after rinsing: SANITIZERS
