*Milk / Lactose present as an allergen: This product is produced using milk / lactose as a fermentation nutrient.
This culture will effectively ferment Plant Based Milks used for Plant and Nut based cheese making.
similar to 'MSC' with added strain Leuconostoc mesenteroides subsp. cremoris
for buttery notes.
For home use in making Plant and Nut Based Cheeses
24 Batch Packet ; use 1/8 tsp per 1-2 gallon batch
OPTIONS WITH PURCHASE:
- Our Small/Nut Bag size draining bag will accommodate up to 1/2 -1 gallon batches while our Larger Light Duty bag will accommodate up to 5-7 gallons.
- Order small volume measuring spoons as an option; 5 spoons from 1/32nd teaspoon - 1/4 teaspoon (necessary for small culture measurements)
