This strain is completely dairy free, perfect for making Vegan Camembert and Brie.
No animal products were used in the production or included as an ingredient in this product.
Delivers a thin,very white color surface at a high growth speed; does not substantially change flavor.
Home Cheese Making Usage:
- Use 1/32nd-1/16th tsp.for 1-5 gal. of milk
- makes up to 16 batches
- use only 1/32 tsp per batch

HOW TO SPRAY ON MOLDS/YEASTS.
(prepare 1 day ahead of using)
You can spray molds on your cheese as well
or inoculate in your milk.
To spray dilute only 1/32nd tsp in 1/2 oz filtered water.
Allow 12 hours for the mold to reactivate.
Lightly spray cheeses that have been salted
and surface of cheese is fairly dry and
then allow to air dry after spray.
Repeat next day.
Age as per recipe
Store spray in Refrigerator up to 2 days only.
