Easy to use; just use 1/16 tsp per 1 gallon batch or follow your own recipe

You can make 24 1-gallon  batches with this packet.

 

Composition:
Streptococcus salivarius subsp. thermophilus

does not contain lactose as part of production processing
contains dextrose , maltodextrin
