About This Product
These all natural soft unbleached muslin socks are great for holding LARGE draining curds. Or, better yet use them to wrap around your cheese for pressing in your favorite mould. Easier to use than cheese cloth. Simply place your cheese into the muslin sock and cut off the extra material ends. They can be washed, sanitized and used again.
Great for smaller batches of cheese and also for Non-Dairy cheeses.
Important Note: the threads are too course to drain ricotta, chevre, yogurt or other fine cheese products. Easy to tie and untie a knot.
The Sock will hold curds from up to one gallon or a bit more of milk.
Size: the sock 5x11in(12.7x28cm) will easily fit over a cheese hooped in our Small Tomme Mould
