Great for larger Soft and Medium texture cheeses with up to 4 gallons of milk; this Basket Mould will form beautiful cheeses
such as a Stilton Style Blue Cheese or a beautiful camembert or any soft or semi-hard cheese
FOLLOWER (Optional) is great for pressing curds inside the mould and makes flipping cheeses easy!
Nicely designed with perforated sides and bottom for optimal drainage
