Easy to use; just use 1/8 tsp per batch of butter (using 2 quarts cream)

You can make from 12-16 batches with this packet.

Composition:
Lactococcus lactis subsp. lactis,
Lactococcus lactis subsp. cremoris,
Lactococcus lactis subsp. lactis biovar diacetylactis,
Leuconostoc mesenteroides subsp. cremoris.

Great for Butter and Buttermilk.
