This culture is a blend of Thermophilic bacteria for making Parmesan, Romano & Emmental/Swiss.

This culture has a very high heat resistance. Each packet will make many many batches of cheese.

COMMERCIAL USAGE RATE: 6.25 DCU per 100 liters milk

 

Home Cheese Making Usage: 
Use approximately 1/8 tsp.(.46g) for 2-5 gal.(3.7-37 liters) of milk.
