Bacon Wrapped Gouda Stuffed Chicken
This is an absolutely delicious recipe. Our staff made it and everyone could not get enough.  It was enjoyed immensely. 

INGREDIENTS
SERVINGS 4
4 boneless chicken breasts
4 slices bacon
3 -4 ounces smoked Gouda cheese
1⁄4 teaspoon cayenne
1⁄2 teaspoon garlic powder
1⁄2 teaspoon paprika
1⁄2 teaspoon pepper

DIRECTIONS
Combine, cayenne, garlic powder, paprika and pepper.
Flatten chicken breasts to approx 1/4" thickness.
Season both sides of chicken with the cayenne mixture.
Place small piece (s) of cheese on chicken and roll up, pressing firmly.
Wrap each stuffed breast with a bacon slice and then brown over medium heat until bacon just begins to crisp.
Bake in a 350 oven for 20 minutes.

You will need the following to make this cheese.  Use our Gouda Recipe.

1. Choose from one or more of these Moulds that includes lids to press the cheese.  Small uses 1-2 gallons of milk, large uses 2-4 gal, extra-large uses 3-5 gal.  You can use weights to press the cheese or choose from these two presses. A press is only recommended if your budget allows for it, yet is not necessary to produce this cheese using the Moulds.

2. Choose from these Mesophilic Starter Cultures. Each culture can make many many batches of cheese.

3. Choose from these Rennets.  I recommend either the 1 or 4 oz. size.  

4. Optional spoons you may find very useful.
