Makes eight cheeses:  4- Camembert or Brie cheeses and 4- Blue Cheeses

The CheeseMaker Kit Includes:

(1) Plastic aging container - (Small) 13"L (33cm) x 7-1/2"W (19cm) x 4-1/2"H (11.4cm).  Easily fits in most refrigerators.
(1) Large Dial Thermometer. (0-220f)
(2) Camembert/Baby-Brie Gift Boxes
(1) Draining mats
(2) Bamboo mats (for aging harder cheeses)
(1) Stainless Steel Curd Knife to cut curds in pot
(1) Stainless Steel small slotted spoon to scoop curds
(1) Draining Platform for aging container

                                                                                                                                                                                    
(1) 1 oz Bottle Liquid Calcium Chloride. Helps milk coagulate (form curd).

(4) 10” x 10” Double Ply White Rind wrapping sheets 

(4)  Blue Cheese Foil Wrap  18 x 18"                  

(2) Polypro Food Grade Camembert moulds to form your cheese.  Inside Diameter: 4 inches (100 mm) Height: 3.5 inches (89 mm).
There is no difference in the results from using either the plastic or stainless steel hoops. The plastic hoops are French made food grade BPA free polypro. 

Includes Ready to Use Cheese Making Culture and Rennet:  

Camembert/Brie Cheese:

2 each  Packet #1; Culture/Mold (pre-mixed correct ratios of MM100, Penicillium Candidum, and Geotrichum Candidum)

2 each Packet #2  Dry Calf Rennet powder.

(One packet of Culture/Mold along with one packet of Rennet will make two Camembert cheeses using one gallon of milk.)

 

Blue Cheese:

2 each  Packet #1; Culture/Mold (pre-mixed correct ratios of MM100, & Penicillium Roqueforti)

2 each Packet #2  Dry Calf Rennet powder.

(One packet of Culture/Mold along with one packet of Rennet will make two Blue cheeses using two gallons of milk.)

Includes Camembert/Brie/Blue Cheese Making eBook;   OPTIONAL Hard Copy Guide (pictured)

    Great kit for getting started. Has everything you need except a large pot 6-10 Qt and milk. Has enough ingredients to make a few batches. Nice way to see if you are really into making your own cheese. For the most part, it's easy....a bit of patience required, let the cheese ripen.
