This kit includes a starter book for Camembert/Brie and Blue Cheeses and several recipes.
We also recommend optional books at a discount which are outstanding to have in your home library for cheese making.
This kit can be used to make a wide variety of hard cheeses such as: Cheddar, Colby, Gouda and Parmesan and many other soft cheeses including Mozzarella, Chevre, Camembert and Blue.
The Kit includes one Camembert/Brie mould, a small Tomme mould to form & press your cheeses. You can select a Large or Extra Large Tomme mould if you wish for additional cost.
