This strain is completely dairy free, perfect for making Vegan Camembert and Brie. No animal products were used in the production or included as an ingredient in this product.

Intermediary Geotrichum form, white surface, produces sulfur compounds and fruity (apple) flavor notes.
Home Cheese Making Usage:
- Use 1/32nd-1/16th tsp.for 1-5 gal. of milk
- Available in 2 or 10 dose packets A 2Dose Packet will make about 50 2-Gallon batches; a 10 Dose Packet approx 150 2-Gallon batches
