This strain is completely dairy free, perfect for making Vegan Camembert and Brie. No animal products were used in the production or included as an ingredient in this product.
(freeze-dried direct set/DVI-Direct Vat Innoculation)
Use 1/32nd-1/16th tsp.for 1-5 gal. of milk or Vegan Substrate equivalent.
Intermediary Geotrichum form, white surface, produces sulfur compounds and fruity (apple) flavor notes.
2D Packet will make approx 24 batches (2 gallon batches)
