This Kosher Cheese Salt is the same salt used by many of Wisconsin's cheesemakers.
It is a semi-coarse salt, excellent for cheese making, and for mixing into milled (cut) curds.

Our COARSE KOSHER Salt is also available, and is excellent for finishing the outside of cheeses before aging.
