Cultures included in this section are produced as Dairy Free / Lactose Free starter cultures and ripening molds.
Their production does not utilize lactose or milk and the production process is Dairy Free. No Animal Products are used in
the manufacturing of these cultures, and Milk and/or Lactose IS NOT USED as a fermentation ingredient during processing.
These starter cultures are outstanding for making Vegan Cheeses and Butters.
