About This Product
This gas producing culture produces CO2 and diacetyl (butter flavor) in cheese.. It will enhance your Blue cheese and Gouda along with MM Series. This is especially beneficial in soft or moist blue cheeses where holes "eyes" make a more stable air supplier to the blue than a needle piercing.

Usage rate: Hard Blue cheese/5-10 DCU per 1000 liters milk. Soft blue cheese/1-3 doses per 264 gallons(1000 liters) of milk.
