Easy to use; just use 1/8 tsp per 1 Gallon batch; or 1/16th tsp for a 1/2 gallon batch
You can make 12 each 1 gallon batches with this packet.
NOTE: Culture does not include RENNET; order Rennet separately if needed (RENNET)
We recommend a Microbial Rennet for making Cottage Cheese (Liquid or Tablet is fine)
