 Home made cultured Mozzarella is the BEST!

Standard Pack makes up to 20  batches 

BULK Pack 50 CXU - use with 130 gallons of milk or follow instructions for smaller batches

 

USAGE:

use 1/8 tsp per 2 gallon batch ; follow our recipe or 1/4 tsp for 3-5 gallons.

Easy to use; just use 1/16 tsp per batch ; follow our recipe!

Mozzarella from this Thermophilic starter culture has a nice stretch and melts well also!

 

 NOTE: Culture does not include RENNET;  order   Rennet separately if needed (RENNET)

We recommend a Liquid or Tablet Style Microbial Rennet for Mozzarella
