Actual Dimensions:  13.75 x 13.75 inches (34.2x34.2cm); use to wrap and age larger bloomy rind cheeses.

 

Same professional wrapping sheets commercial soft cheese makers use. Double layer microperforated wrapping paper.  

One side of this paper is designed to absorb any excess moisture.  The other side is polypropylene and has very tiny holes in it for porosity.  This lets your bloomy rind cheeses breathe. 

 

Wrap with the shiny side to the outside, dull side to the inside.

    wonderful moulds they work very well. curd drains properly and they are easy to wash. the ultimate moulds that set the mould for your moldy cheeses
