DRAINING MAT- EXTRA LARGE 2' X 2' SIZE (can easily be cut to size) for cheese making; keeps cheese off of surface of draining trays or aging containers.
Standard Duty Mat (material is not 'stiff' vs the Heavy Duty Roll of Draining / Ripening mat material)
NOTE: May be BLACK or WHITE in color depending upon supply chain availability. Food Grade.
Allows curds to drain without cheese geting 'wet' from drainage or during aging.
Easy to clean- hand wash in warm soapy water.
(Do not wash in dishwasher or boiling water)
