If you want to make a larger size Goat Cheese or other Soft Cheese, these are nice choice to give a slightly larger formed cheese.

The product is very sturdy and has lots of draining holes as well as little feet on the bottom so the curds are lifted slightly out of the whey that is draining off of them. It is important to take note of the fact that the bottom of them is about 2.5 inches so buy these if you are interested in some mini cheeses (maybe to give as gifts). Great product. I used them to make baby blue cheeses. I would recommend lining the mold in cheese cloth to help facilitate better drainage.
