This Kosher Non-Iodized commercial salt is the same salt used by many of Wisconsin's cheesemakers. It is a semi-coarse salt, excellent for cheese making. This salt makes and excellent brine for brining your hard cheeses like Gouda, Parmesan and Emmental. Click here to view the Brine Calculator.
