About This Product

This Cheese Salt is the same salt used by many of Wisconsin's cheesemakers.

It is a semi-coarse salt, excellent for cheese making, and for mixing into milled (cut) curds.

1 ounce of Cheese Salt is approx 5 teaspoons or 1 2/3 tablespoons.

    I know you can use other salt products, but this works great and it is worth the few extra $'s..for cheese salt this is a very good buy.
