LACTIC ACID 88% for Plant Based Cheese Making (liquid)
Lactic Acid is used in many Plant based cheese making recipes as an additive to
quickly lower pH and add a burst of 'tart' flavor to the cheese.
Does not interfere with the fermentation process if used in conjunction with a cultured cheese recipe.
Follow your recipe that calls for Lactic Acid; or use 1/4 teaspoon - 1/2 teaspoon to taste.
