A great choice for the fermentation of soy, coconut, and almond milk  etc.; and produces a mild, smooth yogurt.
Recipes vary by non-dairy milk type.
 
MinusMilk™ "MMY" Non-Dairy YOGURT CULTURE  is free from lactose and other milk derivatives.
 
(contains Maltodextrins / Dextrose as carriers)
 
 
 
Usage rate: (follow your recipe)
  •  1/16  for 1/2 gallon batches 
  •  1/8 tsp for 1-2 gallon batches
 
 Contains:
  • Lactobacillus delbrueckii subsp. bulgaricus 
  • Streptococcus thermophilus

 

Drain for a thicker yogurt, you'll love our Small / Nut Bag Size or Large Lighter Duty Straining bags!  Easy to use and clean!

(Small / Nut Bag size is great for 1/2 - 1 gallon batches,  and Large Lighter Duty Straining bag is great for up to 5-7 gallon batches!)

 

Incubate your Yogurt easily in our DELUXE YOGOTHERM YOGURT MAKING KIT ;  You can also use your Insta-Pot to make yogurt for some recipes.
