Recipes vary by non-dairy milk type.

(contains Maltodextrins / Dextrose as carriers)
Usage rate: (follow your recipe)
- 1/16 for 1/2 gallon batches
- 1/8 tsp for 1-2 gallon batches
Contains:
- Lactobacillus delbrueckii subsp. bulgaricus
- Streptococcus thermophilus
