These cultures are popular for ferrmenting nut milks and produce results very similar to dairy cheese / butter in terms of
fermentation. They are produced using milk / lactose as a fermentation ingredient.

These cultures are MESOPHILIC Starters and there is not currently a 100% Vegan option for Mesophilic starters.
