Five sheets:  Ply Ban II is a great alternative for lining your cheese hoops and moulds compared to regular cheese cloth.  It is much more pliable and easy to stretch around a cheese, leaving no creases. With millions of tiny holes, it easily expels whey, leaving a very nice clean look to your cheeses. Ply Ban II is made of non-toxic FDA approved resin, anti-microbial and anti-mold.  It will not support heavy loads but can be used to drain using colanders or strainers. It can be reused if treated with care. Wash using warm water then a cold water rinse with our food grade sanitizer.

 

Size: each sheet is 36x42 in.(91.4x106.6cm), Five sheets.

    The presentation is good though I have not been able to give any opinion on it because I need more time to check in the cheese because they have to maturate.

    I previously purchased a different size of Plyban, but it was too narrow to fit the molds I usually use. Finally found this and am so pleased that I made the purchase. The Plyban is easy to work with and cleans up so much more easily than the other polyester mesh I had been using. Well worth the money!
