Three Sizes to choose from. Easy to clean. Do not wash in dishwasher or boiling water. Besides Camembert & Brie, these mats can be used for many other cheeses. These mats fit onto our Draining Platform and both fit into our Aging Container. Included in Standard and Deluxe Camembert/Brie/Blue Cheese Making Kit.  Check out the 40' Roll of Draining Matting here if you need a large amount of this material.

    I used these to dry some cheeses on top of and am now using them to age cheese on top of; works great for both applications. Note that if you are making a soft cheese expect to have the pattern from the mat imprinted on to your cheese. Personally I think it looks cool.

    flexible and the spaces between the lines are large enough to let whey easily drain while still holding the shape of the cheese.
