About This Product

Use this mould to form Taleggio, Feta or other cheeses where you want a square shape.

 

Includes a removable base which is used to imprint the traditional Taleggio impression onto the cheese.

 

This is a larger size mould that can be used with up to 5 Gallons of Milk (20L)

 

Inside width: 7 3/8 in. (18.7 cm), height: 5 7/8 in. (14.9 cm.). Open bottom includes removable base.

    Most practical shape ever

    I love this mould - it's phenomenal for a variety of different types of cheeses... the obvious ones like taleggio and reblochon, but it's also perfect for forming feta blocks which can then be cut up before salting/brining. I've even used it for a very impressively shaped brie.

    This is the standard taleggio mould, but I've also used it for bloomy rinds and hard cheeses. I love the square shape.
