Making your own yogurt is simple with the ABY3 Probiotic Yogurt Culture/Recipe- yogurt making instructions included.

 

With four separate culture strains, ABY-3 yields a smooth and heavy bodied yogurt with a mild flavor. 

ABY-3 Contains:
  • Lactobacillus acidophilus
  • Lactobacillus delbrueckii subsp. bulgaricus
  • Streptococcus thermophilus
  • Bifidobacterium lactis Lactobacillus casei

    We had been eating a yogurt from the store with the BB-12 probiotics. My wife has severe digestive issues and has been on the FODMAP diet for a while. Most stores have not stopped caring that yogurt in our area. However this is even better. We are now back to making our own yogurt about once a week using these cultures. The cultures produce a very thick and creamy Greek style yogurt after draining, with just a slight tanginess. The shipping was really fast and the product is excellent! Highly recommend both The Cheese Maker and these probiotic cultures.
