Making your own yogurt is simple with the ABY3 Probiotic Yogurt Culture/Recipe- yogurt making instructions included.

 

With four separate culture strains, ABY-3 yields a smooth and heavy bodied yogurt with a mild flavor. 

ABY-3 Contains:
  • Lactobacillus acidophilus
  • Lactobacillus delbrueckii subsp. bulgaricus
  • Streptococcus thermophilus
  • Bifidobacterium lactis Lactobacillus casei

    I have used many different cultures and my wife likes this far better than any other. She said it had just the right amount of sweetness and tartness. My new GO TO yogurt culture!

    My yogurt turned out great, after following the instructions to a T. I used a heating pad set at a medium temperature, with a blanket wrapped around the yogurt. Did this in the evening, and by the morning it turned out good and thick.

    I am new to yogurt making, and this culture allowed me to be successful on my first try. It makes a nice mild yogurt with a thick, smooth texture. Much better than any yogurt from the store!

    I would give this yogurt starter 6 stars if I could. I've used many different starters over the years, but this one is the best. The yogurt's flavor is awesome; and it makes a thicker yogurt that sets up well even with raw milk that isn't raised above 115 degrees before the addition of the culture. This is important to me, because we want a raw-milk yogurt; and this is the best starter we've ever used. Thanks for making it available!

    I have now made a couple of batches of yogurt with this culture. It makes some of the best yogurt I have ever tasted. It is creamy and smooth and fairly thick without going through the process of draining it. Well worth trying it.

    I have used this culture before, and is the only one I use. It keeps well in the freezer, and I am still using a batch which is a couple of years old.
