BULK Pack 50 CXU - use with 130 gallons of milk or follow instructions for smaller batches
(note- to make any of these cheeses, you'll need a CHEESE PRESS; as pressing is part of the process!)
USAGE:
use 1/8 tsp per 2 gallon batch ; follow our recipe or 1/4 tsp for 3-5 gallons.
Composition: Mesophilic / Thermophilic blended culture
Lactococcus lactis subsp. lactis,
Streptococcus salivarius subsp. thermophilus,
Lactococcus lactis subsp. cremoris
contains maltodextrins as carrier
Contains Milk / Lactose
Application: Aged Wash Curd Cheeses - hard to semi-hard cheeses: Aged Gouda, Pepperjack, Monterrey Jack, Colby and Munster.
