We offer a wide range of cultures, many of which are Lactose and Milk free for making Non-Dairy, Vegan and Plant Based cheese and yogurts
All are very effective at fermenting plant based / nut based milks.
Note that not all cultures that are effecitve at fermenting Nut Milks are certified 'Vegan' and that some contain milk/ lactose; milk/ lactose is used as a fermentation ingredient in production of some of the cultures.
