Cultures included in this section are produced as Dairy Free / Lactose Free starter cultures and ripening molds.

Their production does not utilize lactose or milk and the production process is Dairy Free. 

Lactose IS NOT USED as a fermentation ingredient during processing.   

NOTE: While produced as Dairy / Lactose Free, these cultures are not manufactured in a 'Vegan Certified' facility and are produced

in a facility where other cultures containing milk / lactose are produced.
