We offer a wide range of cultures, many of which are Lactose and Milk free for making Non-Dairy, Vegan and Plant Based cheese and yogurts
Note that not all cultures that are effecitve at fermenting Nut Milks are certified 'Vegan' and that some may contain lactose; lactose is used as a fermentation ingredient in production of some of the cultures. It is fermented out during processing; however there may be lactose present in some of the products.
